Hosting on Windows 2003 Server is $12/mo. X 12 = $144 per year, renewable annually.   For new accounts, I charge a $100 setup fee to cover setting up the e-mail server and all the initial e-mail addresses, instructing users in how to configure their e-mail client, etc.

And my hourly rate for Web site development and consulting is $100.  I provide professional project management as an integrated part of my services.
